Not Just Audio. A Better Visitor Experience.
1. How it works

In many venues today (museum, showroom, galleries, heritage site etc), information is presented through small text panels placed next to exhibits. Visitors often gather around these panels, trying to read at the same time. This creates discomfort, and many people simply skip the information—especially when the text is small or hard to read.

Some venues offer human guides, but this also has limitations. The pace of a guided tour may not match every visitor. Tours are usually conducted in large groups, and private tours come at a higher cost. Visitors are also required to follow the guide’s route, even if they prefer to explore differently.

Printed exhibition maps are another common solution, yet they can be confusing, particularly for elderly visitors.

The experience is designed to be intuitive and easy to use—so anyone, from students to senior visitors, can explore independently without assistance.

Our Audio Guide offers a simpler and more comfortable experience.

Using their own smartphones, visitors can listen to explanations at their own pace. They can spend more time on exhibits they find interesting, skip those they don’t, and explore freely—without being rushed or restricted by a group.

Visitors simply scan a QR code at the entrance to start. They can move between exhibits using the Next and Previous buttons, or scan a QR code placed near a specific exhibit to listen instantly.

With audio in their ears, visitors are free to fully engage with what they see. Unlike reading text panels first and then trying to remember the information, audio guidance allows them to listen and observe at the same time—creating a more natural and immersive experience.

That’s it. The experience is designed to be intuitive and easy to use—so anyone, from students to senior visitors, can explore independently without assistance.

2. Who Needs an Audio Guide?

Any place that invites people to visit, explore, and observe can benefit from an audio guide. When information needs to be understood—not just seen—audio guides transform physical spaces into meaningful experiences. They remove language barriers, adapt to each visitor’s pace, and allow stories to unfold naturally, making them ideal for museums, galleries, exhibitions, showrooms, factories, and heritage sites where experience is as important as the exhibit itself.

3. Benefit to Your Business

1. Happier visitors, deeper impact, more return visits

With an audio guide, visitors leave your venue feeling more engaged, more informed, and inspired by new knowledge. They don’t just visit—they experience and understand. This emotional and intellectual connection increases satisfaction and naturally encourages repeat visits.

2. Welcoming a truly global audience

Audio guides allow your venue to comfortably serve visitors from any country—tourists, potential buyers, students, and academics alike. By offering explanations in their native languages, visitors feel more at ease and gain a clearer understanding of your exhibits or products, regardless of where they come from.

3. Free your staff to focus on higher-value interactions

Instead of repeatedly answering basic questions like “What is this?”, your staff can shift their attention to more meaningful conversations—such as pricing, partnerships, academic visits, or deeper discussions. This reduces daily fatigue while elevating the role of your team.

4. Actionable insights through visitor analytics

Our audio guide includes analytics that show you exactly how visitors interact with your venue: how many people visit, how long they stay at specific exhibits, peak visiting hours, and which areas attract the most attention. These insights support better decisions in layout planning, exhibit curation, crowd management, and even merchandise strategy.

5. A modern experience for all generations

Audio guides elevate the overall perception of your venue—appealing to younger, tech-savvy visitors while remaining simple and accessible for senior audiences. No apps, no learning curve, just an intuitive experience that bridges generations and reflects a forward-thinking institution.
